We were in a double room with a balcony, good facilities, for example👌

Some people working there were a little rude.

We asked for triple room and it was brilliant with a balcony.

The rooms where large with A/C and 3 single beds, for instance, and I had a fairly nice stay overall. It had a great sea view balcony.

It was all superb.

Its location was unbeatable and magnificent very close to the city centre. And we were close enough to Wadi Rum and Petra, a main shopping area and everything-beach.

The location was excellent, near to everything with easy access to a market and several stores...

The staff was welcoming and pleasant and responsive to requests.

There are good prices in the property. This perfect and cool hotel occupies a nice building in the classic style. The property staff is VERY VERY HELPFUL and exceptionally nice. The units are well priced, neat with nice view and good WiFi, as for instance.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel in a magnificent position near by the promenade. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Modern and spotless rooms with the bathroom, comfy bed, view on nothing.

Its unbeatable, central location was a plus. You can find Hashem Son's close to the hotel to a have lunch. The rooms were updated and good-sized with private bathroom.

Amazing location near city center and beach, with plenty of restaurants, shisha places, and shops. Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Adequate parking available.

Felt like being at home, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is located in a calm neighborhood, but still very close to the city center. Within minutes, you can easily reach the beach promenade, historical sites, and a wide variety of restaurants. It's in a convenient location, perfect for exploring all that the city has to offer. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering a quiet and comfortable stay. The staff is very helpful, providing excellent service and giving valuable tips for your stay.

One downside is that the WiFi can be a bit unstable at times, although the hotel staff did try to resolve the issue.
